My name is Rachel LaTour, but everyone calls me Rae. I’m a faith-driven real estate investor and wholesaler who works with property owners and investors to close clean, straightforward deals.
I specialize in sourcing off-market properties and land, getting them under contract, and connecting them with the right buyers. I’m a straight shooter—I like clear communication, transparency, honesty and getting straight to the point so deals move smoothly and efficiently.

When I find a property or piece of land that matches, I’ll send over the full contract details for review and signature. Then will be followed by a quick text so you know to check your email right away.

A little about me
I'm a Faith based Investor, God is always first in everything I do. I’m a single mom of two teenagers based in San Diego, California, and I’ve been an entrepreneur since 2007. I grew up between San Diego and Los Angeles and have always had a passion for business, investing, and helping people build long-term and generational wealth.
In addition to real estate investing and wholesaling, I’m a mentor, coach, author, and digital product creator—but real estate is now my primary focus. I love connecting with motivated people, creating win-win opportunities, and building long-term partnerships.
When I’m not working, I’m a big foodie, a dog mom to Nina (my Pomeranian), Toby (my Chihuahua), and a cat mom to King. With my kids getting older, I’m excited to now start to travel more and continue growing my business from anywhere in the world.
